It looks as though the first Yoga for Runners session was popular, so a second session was added. Here are the details:

Yoga for Runners Workshop

Learn stretches to rejuvenate tired muscles, increase flexibility and enhance running performance.

This workshop is motivated by interest from runners who want to refresh their personal yoga practice. Due to inceased demand a second session has been added.
