Marsh Dash will be held for the fourth year, starting from Candy Cane Park near the Science Centre.
Marsh Dash is a running, walking, cycling scavenger hunt race. Solve the Clues, Run the marsh, Snap the pictures!
Can you answer this clue?
This “feature” of the park is rarely appreciated. It is slippery when wet, randomly dispersed in space but not in time and is a natural part of the park.
If you ran the Marsh Dash in 2011, you should remember the answer!
Join us on Saturday June 1, 2013 at 9 AM for a running, walking and cycling scavenger hunt in Wascana Marsh. Form a team of 2-5 people, or register individually, and come prepared to walk, run, or cycle about 7 kilometres in the time limit (it’s a scavenger hunt – the course is not set!). Bring a digital camera to snap pictures as you find the answers to the clues. Juice and snacks will follow the race.
Registration is online.
Cost is free for RRRC members, $5 per member of Friends of Wascana Marsh, $10 per non-member. An additional $5 will be charged after May 29. The online registration closes May 29, email events (at) reginaroadrunners.ca or register in person before the race after the 29th.
Team spirit (aka costumes) are encouraged!
Help promote the race – put this poster up at your work or gym.
