As runners we often forget or don’t make time to include core fitness in our training regimes.
Regina Road Runners has organized a group fitness class with Level 10 Fitness in Regina that will focus on core strength, overall alignment and mobility so the body feels and moves better.
We have worked with an instructor to create a short three week session to provide a good introduction to core maintenance. These will be one hour classes once a week for three weeks at Level 10 Fitness, 2124 Grant Road. First class will be October 3rd and ending on October 17th, 2013.
We have to limit the class to the first 8 people that respond with a committment to attend all three classes. For now we are only planning this one session but will consider another class depending on the response from members.
You must be a Regina Road Runner member in good standing to participate.
The normal cost for this 3 week class is $47.75 per person. The Road Runners club will be subsidizing the cost in the amount of $15.00 per person, leaving the total amount due by each participant of $32.75 payable at the first class.
