2017 Deadfall 50 Results

Another Deadfall 50 finished for another year. Thanks to all the racers for coming out to support the run and, more importantly, support the All Nations Healing Hospital.

Congratulations to Conor Renouf for repeating as the Deadfall 50 Champion, with a course record time of 4:51:08. Other winners include:

25K Men’s Champion – Gerry Nagy (2:11:37)
25K Women’s Champion – Amy Carlson (2:42:10)

Updated* Trail Tips and Tricks to lead up to Mountain of Hope

Regina Road Runners Club has been on the trails the past few years – we’ve got lots of races that get folks off theĀ road and out onto the trail. There’s Mountain of Hope, Regina Beach Trail Race, Pasqua Lake Trail Challenge, and a weekly trail series the past two years.

Now, in 2015, as a lead up to Mountain of Hope, we are offering a to lead interested folks on a short trail run and go over some basic tips that we have found to work for us. Come out and join us starting Thursday May 7 at 18:00 (6 PM) at Douglas Park Hill. Meet at the bottom of the hill.

UPDATE: We will continue at Douglas Park Hill. We will not be going to White Butte as originally planned.
